Horrible management
Manager is rude and does not properly address bug throughout customs. Lies about the gate constantly open your car will get cleaved into anyone can walk in this community. Valet trash often doesn't come and when addressed managing director blames community for not having it out the right time as if yous're impaired and can't tell fourth dimension. Not Worth the High Rent
This complex is Rents are somewhat loftier, considering that at that place are more than luxurious units in Buckhead. Our rent increased xx% over concluding year. Not Worth It
My experience at Collier Ridge has been less than ideal. one.The leasing office is unprofessional and does not answer calls. When they do answer calls, they have an attitude 2. The community has pet waste matter everywhere 3. The front gate to the community has not been fixed in a year. four. The maintenance staff takes weeks to ready items. 5. Construction workers left debris and nails in our bedroom. Do not move here! It is not worth it.

Peachy location for a town home
I've lived here with my roommate for about a yr and love it. Our boondocks habitation is huge and nicely updated. All I can say is the apartments take definitely improved for the better. With the upgrades and such, the new management team ensures that when a repair or job is pending, it gets washed. Great surface area Bad Living spaces
I moved to this flat home because of the not bad location I wasn't much excited well-nigh the home itself.All the homes have a creaky floors.The molding around sinks and bathtubs are washed poorly.The floors on the 2nd floor are lifting upwardly.The vinyl "wood" flooring looks as if information technology was placed on top of carpet and is very uneven.The blinds used are of poor quality.If you touch information technology, they will intermission. Maintenance is lackadaisical.The bath tubs are easily dirtied.The closets are slide doors.In both rooms there are holes in the wall from the sliding doors.The carpet has been "cleaned" and not replaced since they are not "required" to supersede.But even so the rent was 1273 and information technology was fine for right now and that price. I moved in June 2016.It is april 24th and I know have found out the renewal price.We've called several times and visited the office and no i knew what this renewal toll was. Management has switched but conspicuously for the worse.They are not in contact with the residents.Recently I've noticed then many people moving out and didnt empathize because I thought the price was ok for the living weather. So today I called because June is almost. To my atheism they have raised the rent to market price in the 1500s.I was told it's because they are making outside renovations.This is a joke.The only thing beingness renovated is the leasing office.Reason they moved into the model home until that is done.The stairs exterior are uneven the lights on the apartment homes don't work, you lot accept to walk in the dark. Skillful Apartment
This apartment is decent. I've lived here for almost 9 months and have never had to study a single trouble. I have no thought how it was a few years ago, but it now has all good features with the recent upgrade. Staffs in the office are very friendly. I am a student who cares very much virtually the internet speed which is pretty fast and stable with Comcast. Utility bills as well seem to be reasonable. Good apartment and neat location
If you're looking for a groovy location and lots of space, I recommend renting a 2 bedroom townhome here. I've lived here for a fiddling over two years now and have enjoyed it. If you request maintaince, they fix it in a reasonable time frame. The kitchen appliances are recently updated. The neighborhood is safe, I've never had an consequence or been worried virtually having ane. There are lots of trees so it's a nice escape from the city, but still inside the city. The only thing I tin complain virtually is the rent is going upwards for the next charter term and I think they're making it a piffling high. I just rented here. I came for the school. I found these to be the biggest apartments I viewed in the expanse and they were very affordable. The service was peachy and nosotros rented last week.
